We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons like summer and holidays. A minimum of 2–4 weeks is ideal to secure your preferred items, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests

Yes! Our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown so you can focus on your event. We’ll arrange a convenient delivery time and make sure everything is placed exactly where you need it.

We understand accidents happen. We’ll assess the item after the event and discuss repair or replacement costs if necessary. Optional damage waivers are also available for added peace of mind.

Absolutely! You can add or adjust items up to a certain cutoff date before your event. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can update your order and ensure availability.

We ask that you remove food, liquids, and decorations from all items before we collect them. We handle the full cleaning and sanitizing process afterward..
